This policy explains what personal data EMA Metrologistics NV collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

EMA Metrologistics NV, registration number 127610, Kraayenhofstraat # 62, Willemstad, Curaçao ("the company", "we"), is responsible for the data collected through www.emametrologistics.com.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: name, company, email address, telephone (optional), subject and message. To prevent abuse, the form also records the IP address of the connection for up to one hour. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time and pages requested) for security purposes.

Why we use it

To answer your message and, if you ask for an offer, KYC documentation or logistics services, to follow up on that request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and, where applicable, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months, unless a commercial relationship follows, in which case they become part of that relationship's records.

Who we share it with

Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info2@emametrologistics.com. We answer within 30 days.

This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It never leaves your device.
