How to request an offer

Four steps from first contact to delivery.

  1. Inquiry

    Send product, quantity, delivery window, destination and preferred Incoterm through the contact form.

  2. KYC exchange

    We exchange corporate documentation so both parties know who they are dealing with.

  3. Offer and contract

    You receive a written offer; on acceptance, a sale and purchase agreement sets price, specification, quantity and delivery terms.

  4. Logistics and delivery

    Our logistics team coordinates vessel, terminal and inspection until the cargo is delivered and documented.
